Amazon FTC law, do you understand?

Recently, many Amazon merchants have reported that their products have been removed from the shelves, and they are required to provide FTC energy efficiency labels before they can be put back on the shelves. Here is a detailed analysis of the energy efficiency certification required by the FTC and the content of the FTC energy efficiency label.

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires manufacturers of certain appliances to comply with the Energy Labeling Rule, pass relevant Department of Energy (DOE) testing and certification requirements, report energy consumption information to the FTC before distributing appliances, and must include Attach a label (eg, Energy Guide Label, Lighting Facts Label). Failure to comply with energy labelling rules may result in the suspension or cancellation of your selling privileges. Violations such as the use of false labels could be prosecuted by the FTC.
