In March, Anbotek signed a purchase contract and recently delivered 2 sets of 2 tonne Vibration Test Benches to the Reliability Lab, by then the number of Vibration Test Benches in the Reliability Laboratory of Anbotek will reach 4 sets.
Introduction of Vibration test
Vibration is a very important environmental parameter in environmental testing.
In the storage, transport and use of engineered products, the effects of vibration are omnipresent in both natural and induced environments. More than 90% of engineering products in the development and production process need to be assessed by vibration testing, so vibration is the same as temperature. It is one of the most fundamental environmental factors in environmental testing, reliability testing, environmental stress screening and comprehensive environmental testing of multiple environmental factors.
Test standards for vibration
There are many standards and methods in environmental testing today, but they are summarised in two major systems:
One is the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) as the main body of the international common environmental testing system for civil (commercial) products, which is the common language and unified guidelines for the level of environmental suitability of civil (commercial) products in international trade. It is formulated with the European capitalist countries as the lead. It can be said to be a reflection of the current state and level of environmental testing in European capitalist countries. The IEC standards are characterised by classical simulation test methods and high test reproducibility.
Another category is the environmental testing system for military products, most representative of the US MIL standard and the British Ministry of Defence 07-55 standard. Since the 1980s, China has been using equivalent or equivalent methods to convert the same professional US MIL standards into our GJB 150 series of military standards.
